摘 要:为了解小麦水解蛋白替代鱼粉对哲罗鲑生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验设5个处理组,其中1个对照组,哲罗鲑在流水养殖系统中饲养56 d,水温9.2~17.3℃,ρ(溶解氧)>8.0 mg/L,饲料中用小麦水解蛋白替代不同比例的鱼粉(0%,25.0%,50.0%,75.0%和100.0%)。结果表明,饲料中小麦水解蛋白替代鱼粉25%后,哲罗鲑生长性能略优于对照组,但未达到显著性差异水平(P>0.05);当替代鱼粉大于75.0%时,生长性能明显降低(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);100.0%替代鱼粉后,血清胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白显著降低(P<0.05)。指出,饲料中小麦水解蛋白替代鱼粉小于75.0%时,对哲罗鲑的生长性能和血清生化指标无不良影响。The study aimed to estimate the effects of replacing fish meal with wheat hydrolyzed protein on growth performance and serum biochemical indices.The trial was divided into five treatment groups,one of which was the control group.Five replacement diets were designed to replace 0%,25.0%,50.0%,75.0%,and 100%of fish meal with wheat hydrolyzed protein,respectively.The fish were raised in a water-flow system for 56 days.During the trial,the water temperature fluctuated from 9.2℃to 17.3℃and the dissolved oxygen level was above 8.0 mg/L.The growth performance was slightly better than that of the control group after replacing 25%of fish meal with wheat hydrolysate protein(P>0.05).When the replacement level was greater than 75.0%,growth performance was significantly lower(P<0.05),and serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities were significantly higher(P<0.05).After complete replacement of fishmeal,serum cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,there were no adverse effects on growth performance and serum biochemistry of Hucho taimen when wheat hydrolyzed protein replaced fishmeal at less than 75.0%in the feed.
