摘 要:为了探索一种安全、高效的罗非鱼养殖模式,减少病害发生,试验采用定期投喂EM菌的养殖模式,分析其对池塘水质以及罗非鱼的生长性能、血清抗氧化和非特异免疫指标的影响。结果表明,定期投喂EM菌,有助于增加池塘溶解氧(DO),降低氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)和亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)浓度,维持较稳定的pH值;促进罗非鱼生长,提高成活率;提高总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),增强过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和溶菌酶(LZM)的活力,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。In order to explore a high-efficiency tilapia culture mode that achieves“one increase and two reductions”(increasing production,reducing disease occurrence and reducing medication)by feeding tilapia with EM bacteria,the effects of long-term feeding of EM bacteria on pond water quality,tilapia growth performance,serum antioxidant and non-specific immune indexes were studied.The results showed that regular feeding of EM bacteria was contributed to the increase of dissolved oxygen(DO),the ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)and nitrite(NO_(2)^(-)-N)of the pond water were decreased,and was maintained a relatively stable pH value;The growth and survival rate of tilapia were promoted,and the disease occurrence was reduced,with its total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was increased,the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lysozyme(LZM)were enhanced,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased.Therefore,the long-term feeding of EM bacteria will help to improve the water quality of the pond,increase the growth rate and survival rate of tilapia,enhance the antioxidant capacity and immunity of tilapia,reduce the occurrence of diseases and improve the survival rate.
