摘 要:以2,2′-双(4-磺基苯氧基)联苯二胺、2-(4-氨基苯基)-5-氨基苯并咪唑和1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸二酐为单体,通过逐步聚合和溶液成膜法制备了离子型交联磺化聚酰亚胺质子交换膜(SPI PEMs).SPI PEMs具有优异的机械性能和耐水解稳定性,在高离子交换容量和高湿度下具有和NR212相当的质子传导性能.电池工作温度为90℃时,高加湿条件下,n(BSPOB)/n(DABI)为5/2的离子型交联SPI PEM(M1)的最大输出功率密度(W_(max))为0.93 W/cm^(2),高于NR212的0.86 W/cm^(2).当电池温度提高到110℃时,所有PEMs的电池性能显著下降,M1的W_(max)为0.54 W/cm^(2),明显高于共价型交联的SPI PEM.离子型交联的SPI PEM在110℃下300 h的开路电压(OCV)耐久性降低了约10%,远高于NR212.A series of ionic crosslinked sulfonated polyimide based proton exchange membranes(SPI PEMs)was prepared by casting method after copolymerization of 2,2′-bis(4-sulfophenoxy)benzenediamine,2-(4-aminophe⁃nyl)-5-aminobenzimidazole and 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarbo-xylic dianhydride.The ionic crosslinked SPI PEMs show excellent mechanical properties and water stability.Those with high ion exchange capacity(IEC)show compara⁃ble proton conductivity to NR212 when under high relative humidity.The ionic crosslinked SPI PEM(coded by M1)prepared with n(BSPOB)/n(DABI)of 5/2 shows good fuel cell performance with the maximum power output(W_(max))of 0.93 W/cm^(2) under cell temperature of 90℃and humidification of 80%relative humidity(RH),which is higher than NR212 with W_(max) of 0.86 W/cm^(2).The cell performance largely decreases when cell temperature is up to 110℃for all these PEMs.M1 shows relative high performance with the W_(max) of 0.54 W/cm^(2) at 110℃,when compared to covalent crosslinked SPIs.The ionic crosslinked SPI PEM shows about 10%decrease of open circuit voltage(OCV)durability for 300 h under 110℃,which is much better than NR212.
