摘  要:库堤结合、泄蓄兼施是建立流域防洪工程体系的重要措施。本文针对阿克苏流域具备两支流拟建并联山区水库的情况,在研究流域防洪保护对象、防洪标准、现状防洪能力等有关情况的基础上,对流域防洪工程布局方案进行经济技术综合比选,结合工程降低防洪风险、技术可行、经济合理等方面综合选定较优方案,为流域防洪工程布局的选择提供理论参考。The combination of reservoir and embankment,discharge and storage is an important measure to establish the flood control engineering system of the river basin.In this paper,in view of the situation that the Aksu basin has two tributaries to build parallel mountain reservoirs,and on the basis of studying the flood control protection object,flood control standard,current flood control capacity and so on,the economic and technical comprehensive comparison and selection of the layout scheme of the river basin flood control project is carried out,and the better scheme is comprehensively selected in combination with the aspects of flood control risk reduction,technical feasibility and economic rationality,so as to provide theoretical reference for the selection of river basin flood control project layout.
