东疆某水库财务评价与经济效益分析

摘　　要：合理的财务评价和国民经济评价可为项目的立项决策提供科学、可靠的依据。本文对乌斯通沟水库项目财务评价和国民经济评价进行了分析,结果表明:工程年供水收入2530万元大于项目总成本费用2247万元,可维持水库正常运行,具有一定的财务生存能力,但投资回收期大于40年,盈利能力较差。工程经济内部收益率8.1%,大于社会折现率8%,经济净现值231万元,大于零,效益费用比1.01,大于1,项目国民经济上可行,具有一定的抗风险能力。Reasonable financial evaluation and national economic evaluation can provide scientific and reliable basis for project approval and decision-making.This paper analyzes the financial evaluation and national economic evaluation of the Wustonggou Reservoir project.The results show that:the annual water supply income of the project is 25.3 million yuan,which is greater than the total project cost of 22.47 million yuan,and maintain the normal operation of the reservoir and has a certain financial viability,but the investment payback period is more than 40 years,and the profitability is poor.The economic internal rate of return of the project is 8.1%,which is greater than the social discount rate of 8%.The economic net present value is 2.31 million yuan,which is greater than zero.The benefit-cost ratio is 1.01,which is greater than 1.The project is economically feasible and has a certain ability to resist risks.
