摘　　要：制备了一种双组分水溶性丙烯酸木器封闭底漆,并探讨了水溶性丙烯酸树脂、封闭助剂、稀释剂及固化剂对封闭效果的影响。结果表明,该木器封闭底漆的干性、防涨筋、防单宁酸、打磨性等漆膜性能优异,而且气味低,适用于各种实木。A 2K water-soluble acrylic wood sealing primer was prepared.The effects of water-soluble acrylic resin,sealing additives,diluents and curing agents on the sealing effect were discussed.The results show that the wood primer has excellent film performance,such as dryness,preventing expansion of wood fiber tube,tannin-proof and sanding property.In addition,the primer has low odor and is suitable for various woods.
