摘　　要：文章结合通信领域智能网的发展现状,分析现有智能网的优势与不足,基于原有智能网提出能够弥补现有智能网不足的综合智能网,详细阐述了智能网的概念以及体系结构。基于API技术针对主流网络(固定网络、移动网络以及IP网络等)设计了综合智能网开放式体系架构,从而降低了智能网底层结构的繁杂性,更好地为多个跨区域、跨网络的网络用户提供复合统一的业务。Combined with the development status of intelligent network in the field of communication,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing intelligent network,puts forward an integrated intelligent network that can make up for the shortcomings of the existing intelligent network based on the original intelligent network,and expounds the concept and architecture of intelligent network in detail.Based on API technology,an open architecture of integrated intelligent network is designed for mainstream networks(fixed network,mobile network,IP network,etc.),which reduces the complexity of the underlying structure of intelligent network and better provides composite and unified services for multiple network users across regions and networks.
