摘　　要：在国家积极推动的创新驱动发展战略下,连云港市提出“弯道超车、后发先至”战略,企业要实现产业结构调整、转变内涵式经济增长方式、实现高质量发展的目标,科技创新将起到重要作用。本文对连云港市财政支持创新的现状进行调研及比较分析后,基于我市当前的市场环境、制度环境、金融环境,结合本地创新需求,考虑企业差异特征,如研发环节、行业创新链等,精准选择适当的有特色的财政支持科技创新的模式,以提升连云港市公共财政资金的使用效率,做到精准发力,实现财政资源的合理配置。Under the innovation-driven development strategy actively promoted by the state,Lianyungang City proposes the strategy of“overtaking on the curve,first to come first”.Enterprises should realize the adjustment of industrial structure,transform the mode of connotative economic growth,and achieve the goal of high-quality development.Innovation will play an important role.Based on the current market environment,institutional environment,and financial environment in Lianyungang City,this paper investigates and compares the current situation of financial support for innovation in Lianyungang City,combines local innovation needs,and considers the different characteristics of enterprises,such as R&D links,industry innovation chains,etc.Select an appropriate and distinctive mode of financial support for scientific and technological innovation to improve the efficiency of the use of public financial funds in Lianyungang City,achieve precise efforts,and achieve a reasonable allocation of financial resources.
