房车空调配管裂漏分析、优化及测试标准探讨

摘  要:针对某型号房车空调吸气管发生裂漏,检查了配管变形、焊接及间隙,测试了不同电压下配管的运行、开停机应变,测试了不同方向配管随机振动应变,并根据测试结果对管路进行优化。结果表明:前后随机振动是造成配管断裂的主要原因;不同运行电压会对配管应变产生重大影响;橡胶脚垫小幅老化,对配管的运行及开停机应变影响不大;通过增加U管,可以有效降低配管的运输应变,提高管路可靠性;在进行房车空调配管可靠性测试时,要增加不同电压下配管应变测试,要增加前后、左右随机振动应变测试。In order to find out the leakage cause of the RV air-conditioning pipe,the deformation,welding and gap of the pipe were checked,the pipe different voltages opera-tion strain,start and stop strain,different directions random vibration strain were tested,and the pipe were optimized according to the test results.The results show that:Front and back random vibration are the main cause of piping leakage;Different operating volta-ges will have a significant impact on piping strain;A slight rubber aging has little effect on piping operation,startup and shutdown strain;By adding U pipes,the piping trans-portation strain can be effectively reduced,and the pipe reliability can be improved;When carrying out the RV air-conditioning piping reliability test,the piping strain test under dif-ferent voltages should be added,and the front and back,left and right random vibration strain tests should also be added.
