摘  要:平转施工桥梁采用的球铰有钢制球铰和混凝土球铰两种形式.通过对其构造和受力特性进行分析,认为控制球铰设计的破坏模式为局部承压下的横向受拉破坏,进而提出了以有效支承半径为控制指标的球铰设计理论,统一了钢制球铰和混凝土球铰的设计方法和流程.通过对钢制球铰和混凝土球铰各自的受力情况进行理论分析和计算推导,给出了有效支承半径的准确计算公式,用于指导球铰几何尺寸拟定和相关参数取值.最后,与实际工程实例数据进行对比.结果表明,数据吻合性较好,具有较强的指导意义.The spherical hinge used in the horizontal rotation construction of bridge has two forms of steel spherical hinge and concrete spherical hinge Through the analysis ofits structure and stress characteristics,itisconsidered that the failure mode to control the spherical hinge design is the lateral tension failure under the local compression And then the design theory of the spherical hinge with the effective supporting radius as the control index is put forward which unifies the design methods and processes of the steel spherical hinge and the concrete spherical hinge Through the theoretical analysis and calculation deduction of the respective stresses of steel and concrete spherical hinges,an accurate calculation formula for the effective support radius is given which isused toguide the proposal ofthe geometric dimensions ofthe spherical hinge and the value of related parameters Finally compared with the practical engineering data,the result shows thatthe dataisin good agreement and has the strong guiding significance.
