摘　　要：当前超大型的城市地下公共空间界面复杂、涉及专业及管理部门多,传统的规划及设计分工和管理已经不能满足要求.结合广州南沙横沥岛尖地下公共空间综合体的开发实践,探讨了复杂地下空间规划设计的管理问题,涉及管理机制、开发模式、技术保障等多方面因素,提出基于片区开发的城市地下公共空间一体化开发模式,以期为类似片区开发的城市地下公共空间规划设计管理工作提供参考.At present,the super-large urban underground public space has the complex interfaces and involves many professional and management departments The traditional planning and design division and management can no longer meet the requirements Based on the development practice of the underground public space complex on the tip of Hengli Island,Nansha,Guangzhou,the management of complex underground space planning and design is discussed involving the management mechanism,development mode,technical support and other factors An integrated development mode of urban underground public space based on the area development is proposed in order to provide the reference for the planning design and management of the urban underground public space in the development of similar areas.
