摘  要:为了研究压水堆核电厂硼结晶对管道造成的冲蚀现象及其影响因素,本文基于COMSOL Multiphysics软件的CFD模块,建立了90°弯管作为冲蚀现象计算模型,参考某核电厂的硼结晶实际数据,对少量硼结晶对管道冲蚀现象进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,局部冲蚀强度受单个硼结晶的质量影响,但由冲蚀导致的管道质量损失仅受硼结晶总质量影响,硼结晶的局部冲蚀强度和管道质量损失均随着硼结晶球形度或系统流量的降低而降低。In order to study the erosion phenomenon of boron crystal in nuclear power plants and related influence factor.Based on the CFD module of COMSOL Multiphysics,a 90°bend pipe simulation model was built.Referring to the actual data of boron crystal obtained from anuclear power plant,the numerical analysis was carried out to study the erosion phenomenon caused byasmall quantity of boron crystal.The numerical result shows that the local erosion intensity is determined by the mass of single boron crystal,andthemass lossof pipe caused by the erosion is only associated with the total mass of boron crystal.Both the local erosion intensity and mass loss of pipe will decrease with the decreasing of boron crystal sphericity or system flow.
