摘 要:本文报告了大功率核主泵高性能制造的随机变量相关和失效模式相关的系统可靠性分析方法,针对核主泵关键部件推力轴承定位机构可靠度给出了计算示例。基于核主泵高性能制造的系统动力学和制造热力学原理,建立主要失效模式下随机变量相关的性能函数,采用一次二阶矩法计算关键零部件各个失效模式的可靠度。根据核主泵系统多物理场耦合作用的串并联关系,考虑不同失效模式之间的相关性,将系统可靠度计算转化为多维正态积分求解,通过微分等效递归算法降维计算系统可靠度。核主泵高性能制造可靠性分析结果表明,在随机变量相关情况下,失效模式独立近似的可靠度较失效模式相关的可靠度偏低,系统可靠性评估趋于保守。A system reliabilityanalysis method of high-performance manufacturingof the primary pump innu clear power plant is developed based on random variables correlativity and failure modes correlativity.The reliabilitycalculationof the positioning mechanism whichisone ofthe key components in thrust bearings isexampled to clarify the method applicability to the primary pump.Through the system dynamics and manufacturing thermodynamics modeling of high-performance manufacturing of the primary pump,the performance function with the correlated random variables under the main failure modes is established,and the reliability of each failure mode of key components is calculated by the first-order second moment method According to the serial/parallel structure of the primary pump system in the coupling multi physical fields and consideringthe correlativity between the main failure modes,the calculation of system reliability istransformed into multi-dimensional normal integral solution with dimensionality reduction by the differential equivalent recursive algorithm.The reliability analysis method of high-performance manufacturing of the primary pump indicates that using thecorrelated random variables,the system reliabilityofindependent failure modes is lower than that of correlated failure modes and therefore,the reliability evaluation tends to be conservative.
