摘  要:GUTORUPS广泛应用于核电站核岛和常规岛重要的负荷,该品牌在中国核电核级UPS的市场占有率在90%以上。不过近几年来在国内一些核电机组中发生了多起由于UPS无征兆关机(死机)导致负荷失电的事件。UPS关机(死机)无法切换到旁路运行已经影响到了核电的安全可靠运行。本文从硬件原理和逻辑上分析了无法切换的原因,提出了一种强制静态旁路的方案,通过该方案能够解决极端情况下负荷失电的缺陷,提高了UPS设备的可靠性。The GUTOR UPSiswidely used in important loads of nuclear island and conventional island in nucle ar power plants The brand has a market share of more than 90%in China's nuclear power market.However,in recent years,in some nuclear power plants of China,there have been many cases of load power loss due to UPS shutdown without warning(crash).UPS shutdown(crash)and failure to switch to bypass operation have affected the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants.This paper analyzes the reason of the failure of switching bypass operation from the hardware principle and logic and puts forward aforced static bypassswitch scheme,which can solve the defect of load power loss under extreme circumstances and improve the reliability oftheUPS equipment.
