秦山核电厂黑启动方案探析

摘　　要：本文针对电网发生大规模停电事故期间,秦山核电厂1号机组(简称“秦山一期”)保证厂用电、实现黑启动的方案进行了探讨,为发生事故后尽快实现机组重新启动提供了指导。以提高电厂的应急响应能力,尽可能缩短事故处理时间,降低核安全风险。This paper discusses the scheme of ensuring auxiliary power supply and realizing the black start of Unit1of Qinshan nuclear power plant(hereinafter referred toas Qinshan Phase I)during large-scale power outage.It provides guidance for the restart of unitassoonaspossible afteraccident,soasto improve theemergency response capacity of the power plant,shorten the accident handling time as much as possible and reduce the nuclear safety risk.
