摘  要:近年来,随着各大灌区流量加大,原灌区旧渠渠道的扩建、改建施工项目逐年增加。原渠道断面形式多为梯形断面,为改善过流条件及解决渠道淤积问题,目前渠道大都设计为弧底梯形断面。传统渠道混凝土衬砌施工工艺采用滑模衬砌,在西范灌区东扩工程一级总干渠弧底梯形渠道混凝土衬砌时,施工单位自行制作了一套全断面混凝土衬砌机。对全断面混凝土衬砌机施工工艺与滑模施工工艺进行了对比,可供类似工程参考。In recent years,with the increase of flow in major irrigation areas,the expansion and reconstruction projects of old channels in the original irrigation area have increased year by year.Most of the original channel sections are trapezoidal sections.At present,most channels are designed as arc bottom trapezoidal sections in order to improve the overflow conditions and solve the problem of channel siltation.The traditional channel concrete lining construction technology adopts slip form lining.During the concrete lining of the trapezoidal channel at the arc bottom of the main channel of the East expansion project of Xifan irrigation area,the construction unit has made a set of full section concrete lining machine of its own.This paper compared the construction technology of full section concrete lining machine with that of slip form,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
