摘　　要：[目的/意义]美国智库在美国的政治及外交决策中具有重要作用,研究美国主要智库的政治立场,对于研判美国国家外交趋势和政策导向具有重要意义。[方法/过程]本文选取美国主要智库作为实证研究案例,按照美国智库对美国政治的主要影响方式,梳理了近年来美国智库的立场及智库投射能力。[结果/结论]美国政治和对外政策的核心与本质性特征之一是大资本、军工集团和“深层国家”组成的所谓精英集团,尽量通过左右美国社会对外部认知来实现对美国外交政策的高度把控。无论是美国政府自特朗普、拜登相继执政以来,对华政策急遽强硬化“右转”,还是美国智库亦步亦趋推动涉华研究方向“右倾”,均是这一本质性特征的外在体现。[Purpose/significance]American think tanks play an important role in American political and foreign policy-making.Studying the political positions of major American think tanks is of great significance for judging the diplomatic trends and policy orientations of the United States.[Method/process]Selecting major U.S.think tanks as research cases,based on how U.S.think tanks influenced U.S.politics,this paper summarizes their recent positions and successful influences on U.S.politics.[Result/conclusion]Combined with the famous American think tanks the latest developments,this article makes a judgment on the political positions of major US think tanks.This article believes that US think tanks are gradually abandoning objectivity on the issue of China and moving towards a“right turn”of hostility towards China.
