摘 要:极端天气易使配电网遭受巨大经济损失,储能在抵御灾害时具有响应快、灵活性高等特点,能够有效帮助配电网提高韧性强度,减少经济损失,为此提出了提升配电网韧性的储能规划策略。首先基于PHM理论构建了架空线路故障率模型,并以台风为例分析了影响线路故障率的多种协变量。其次,通过“馈线分区”的方式,对配电网各分区进行韧性评估,并在此基础上,构建提升韧性的储能两阶段规划模型,采用列约束生成算法(C&CG)进行求解。最后,以某低压台区配电网为算例进行仿真。仿真结果表明,采取的储能规划方案能在控制投资成本的同时提升配电网韧性。Due to extreme weather,the distribution network is prone to huge economic losses. Since energy storage has characteristics such as fast response and high flexibility when resisting disasters,it can effectively help the distribution network improve its resilience strength and reduce economic losses. For this reason,an energy storage planning strategy is proposed to improve the resilience of the distribution network. First,a failure rate model of overhead lines is constructed based on the PHM theory,and a variety of covariates that affect the failure rate of lines are analyzed by taking typhoon as an example. Second,the resilience evaluation in each partition of the distribution network is conducted through the method of“ Feeder zoning”,based on which a two-stage planning model for energy storage to improve resilience is constructed,and the column constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally,the distribution network of one low-voltage station area is taken as an example,and simulation results show that the adopted energy storage planning scheme can improve the resilience of the distribution network while controlling its investment cost.
