摘  要:针对传统电能质量评估方法计算量大、忽略电能质量指标关联性、场景性以及短板性的问题,提出了一种基于BWN(best-worst network)-熵权算法的区域电网电能质量综合评估方法。首先根据区域电网特点,构建了电能质量评估体系;其次依据各监测点下主要负荷类型,利用BWN算法得到不同场景下各指标的主观权重,综合熵权法计算结果得到各指标的组合权重;再考虑实际工程应用中的电能质量指标存在短板效应,对电能质量监测点数据进行归一化和修正处理后再计算评估值,并采用特征值法从时空维度完成了区域电网的电能质量综合评估;最后通过对实测数据的分析,验证了本文所提方法较传统方法降低了计算量、考虑了指标特性的同时,可以合理有效地评估各监测点以及整个区域电网的电能质量。To solve the problems in the traditional power quality evaluation methods such as a large amount of calculation load and the ignorance of the relevance,scenarios and cask effect of power quality indexes,a comprehensive power quality evaluation method for regional power grid based on best-worst network(BWN)-entropy weight algorithm is proposed. First,according to the characteristics of regional power grid,a power quality evaluation system is constructed.Second,according to the main load types at each monitoring point,the subjective weights of each index in different scenarios are obtained by the BWN algorithm,and the combined weights of each index are obtained by combining the calculation results of the entropy weight method. Considering the cask effect of power quality indexes in practical engineering applications,the data at power quality monitoring points is normalized and corrected,and then the evaluation value is calculated. Afterwards,the eigenvalue method is used to complete the comprehensive evaluation from the dimensions of time and space. Finally,through the analysis of measured data,it is verified that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method can reasonably and effectively evaluate the power quality at each monitoring point and that of the whole regional power grid while reducing the amount of calculation load and taking into account index characteristics.
