摘  要:目的:比较分析地龙和水蛭两种动物类药材中脂质成分,阐明两种药材药理作用的部分物质基础。方法:试验中选择5批次地龙和5批次水蛭,采用超高效液相和质谱联用技术,检测脂质成分的相对含量,比较分析两者脂质成分差异化合物信息,探讨物质组成及分布情况。结果:试验中共鉴定出五大类共1 050种脂质化合物,两者在脂质成分上较为类似,但磷脂酸、溶血磷脂酸、糖鞘脂、神经酰胺、1-磷酸神经酰胺这几类成分在水蛭和地龙的脂质成分构成中相对含量有很大差异。结论:脂质成分的分析,有助于探索和分析动物类药材药理活性的物质基础,对于解释其药理作用具有指导意义。Objective: To compare and analyze the lipid components in earthworm and leech, and to clarify some material basis for the pharmacological effects of the two medicinal materials. Methods: Five batches of earthworm and five batches of leech were selected for the experiment. The relative content of lipid components was detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry, the differences in lipid components and compound information were compared and analyzed, and the material composition and distribution were discussed.Results: A total of 1 050 lipid compounds were identified in five categories. They were relatively similar in terms of lipid composition, while the relative contents of phospholipid acid, lysophosphatidic acid, sugar sphingolipid, ceramide and 1-phosphate ceramide were great different in the lipid composition of leech and earthworm. Conclusion: The analysis of lipid components is helpful to explore and analyze the material basis for pharmacological activities of animal medicinal materials, and has guiding significance for explaining their pharmacological effects.
