摘　　要：CLT酸化学名2-氨基-4-甲基-5-氯苯磺酸,是合成红色有机颜料的重要中间体,传统甲苯磺化路线合成CLT酸路线,“三废”量大,治理困难,改进合成方法后与传统工艺相比,收率提高了5%,此工艺不产生废硫酸,解决了传统工艺废硫酸处理难题,同时脱盐过程中的冷凝水系统内循环使用,实现了污水零排放。CLT acid is an important intermediate for the synthesis of red organic pigments.The traditional toluene sulfonation route to synthesize CLT acid route has a large amount of"three wastes"and is difficult to control.After improving the synthesis method,the yield is increased by 5%compared with traditional processes.This process does not generate waste sulfuric acid,which solves the problem of treating waste sulfuric acid in the traditional process.At the same time,the condensate system in the desalination process is recycled and used to achieve zero sewage discharge.
