摘　　要：报道一款硬度发展快、气干性优异、耐腐蚀性能好的整体浇注电解槽用乙烯基树脂;包括树脂的合成、表征、应用性能测试以及客户端试用。结果表明:本树脂黏度、固含、浸润性适中,适合缠绕、浇注等施工工艺;浇注体及其客户制品的拉伸、弯曲、冲击等机械性能优异;实验室应用测试和客户生产试用结果表明:本树脂具有耐腐蚀性能好、硬度增长快、操作性好、机械性能好、翻模率高、气干性好等优点。A new type of vinyl resin for integral casting electrolyzer with fast hardness development,excellent air-drying property and good corrosion resistance is reported,including its synthesis,characterization,application performance test and client trial.The results show that the viscosity,solid content and wettability of the resin meet the requirements,and it is suitable for winding and pouring The results of laboratory test and customer trial production show that the resin has the advantages of good corrosion resistance,fast hardness growth,good maneuverability,good mechanical properties,high modulus turnover rate and good air-dry property.
