摘 要:乙酰水杨酸又称阿司匹林,是人们熟知的解热镇痛药。常用于治疗感冒、发烧、头痛、牙痛、关节痛和风湿。迄今为止,铕离子荧光探针测定阿司匹林药物含量未见报道。基于此,本论文将利用阿司匹林与稀土离子铕形成配合物,通过表面活性剂和共发光离子的加入,来大大增强体系的荧光强度,改善了阿司匹林-稀土离子的荧光探针法测定药物的测定条件。研究了阿司匹林的稀土离子荧光探针的检测。建立了铕-阿司匹林-SDBS-EDTA-Tris-Phen多元体系荧光探针测定乙酰水杨酸的含量。优化实验条件,建立工作曲线,判断其线性范围及检出限。利用上面建立的方法对阿司匹林制剂进行含量测定。Acetylsalicylic acid,also known as aspirin,is known as antipyretic analgesic.Often used to treat colds,fevers,headaches,toothaches,arthralgia and rheumatism.So far,the determination of aspirin by europium ion fluorescent probe has not been reported.Based on this,this paper will use aspirin and rare earth ion europium formation complex,through the addition of surfactants and co-luminescence ions,to greatly enhance the fluorescence intensity of the system,improve the determination conditions of aspirin-rare earth ion fluorescence probe method for drug determination.In this paper,the determination of acetylsalicylic acid by rare earth ion fluorescent probe was studied,and a multi-element system of europium-aspirin-SDBS-EDTA-Tris-PHen fluorescent probe was established for the determination of acetylsalicylic acid.The experimental conditions were optimized,the working curve was established,and the linear range and detection limit were determined.The method established above was used to determine the content of aspirin.
