摘　　要：节能降耗是生产管理中持续改进的永久主题,不论何时,管理多么优秀企业都不应停止节能降耗、降低制造成本的脚步。通过分析能耗影响因素,提出全面成本降低方案,最终达到降低能耗的目的。Saving energy and reducing consumption is the permanent theme of continuous improvement in production management.No matter when and how excellent the management of enterprises should not stop saving energy and reducing consumption and reducing manufacturing costs.This paper analyzes the influence factors of energy consumption,puts forward a comprehensive cost reduction scheme,and finally achieves the purpose of reducing energy consumption.
