摘  要:针对延长石油(集团)有限责任公司延安炼油厂联合一车间1.0 Mt/a催化裂化装置能量回收机组耗电量大的问题,进行技术攻关,从烟机技改、双动滑阀间隙调整、反应和机组岗位联动管理入手,成功将该机组在额定负荷工作状态时电机电流由330 A降至130 A左右,月用电量降至83.06万kWh。平均每月节约用电量139.1万kWh,以电费0.54元/kWh计算,约合75.1万元/月,901万元/a。Aiming at the problem of high power consumption of 1.0 Mt/a FCC energy recovery unit in Joint 1 Workshop of Yan’an Oil Refinery of Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Co.,LTD.,this paper makes technical breakthrough,starting from technical modification of smoke machine,clearance adjustment of double-action slide valve,linkage management of reaction and unit posts.Successfully reduced the motor current of the unit from 330 A to about 130 A and monthly electricity consumption to 830,600 kWh at rated load.On average,1.391 million kWh of electricity is saved every month,which is about 751,000 Yuan/month or 9.01 million Yuan/year based on 0.54 Yuan/kWh of electricity.
