摘 要:为研究粉煤气流床气化过程中的关键技术,优化气流床设计,实现粉煤高效清洁利用,设计了一套常压粉煤气流床气化装置试验系统,该系统包括输粉系统、开工燃烧系统、一体化试验装置、火炬系统、配气系统、水系统、试验台架、测量控制系统、通讯安防系统等。根据试验装置和系统特点,设计了试验流程,开展了试验研究。试验结果表明,该常压粉煤气流床气化装置及试验系统运行安全、稳定、可靠,兼容性强,可为大规模干煤粉气流床气化项目提供参考。In order to study the key technology of pulverized coal airflow bed gasification process,optimize the design of airflow bed,realize the efficient and clean utilization of pulverized coal,a set of test system for pulverized coal airflow bed gasification system is designed,which includes the powder conveying system,the start-up combustion system,the integrated test equipment,the torch system,the gas distribution system,the water system,the test stand,the measurement control system,the communication security system and so on.According to the characteristics of the test equipment and system,the test flow is designed and the experimental research is carried out.The results show that the atmospheric pulverized coal airflow bed gasification unit and the test system are safe,stable,reliable and have strong compatibility,which can provide reference for large-scale dry pulverized coal airflow bed gasification project.
