摘　　要：以脂肪酸甲酯为原料,在催化剂作用下,可与氨气反应制备脂肪腈。通过工艺条件筛选优化,结果表明,采取阶段升温的反应方式,在反应温度260~300℃、反应压力2~4 bar条件下,经催化剂醋酸锌催化,反应4~6 h,可得高品质脂肪腈产品。该工艺路线,脂肪酸甲酯的转化率达99%,脂肪腈的含量达98%。Using fatty acid methyl ester as raw material,catalyzed by catalyst,it can react with ammonia gas to synthesize fatty nitrile.Through the optimization of process conditions,the results showed that the reaction mode of stage heating was adopted.Under the reaction temperature of 260~300℃and the reaction pressure of 2~4 bar,the high-quality fatty nitrile product can be obtained by the reaction of 4h-6h with the catalyst of zinc acetate.In this process route,the conversion rate of fatty acid methyl ester reaches 99%,and the content of fatty nitrile reaches 98%.
