游离于宗教与世俗之间——论张资平的宗教小说意识  

Vacillation Between the Religious and the Secular:On ZHANG Ziping’s Religious Fiction Consciousiness

摘　　要：张资平宗教信仰的摇摆不定,即他的宗教意识源于他畸形的混合式的中西教育。一方面,张资平在中西文化之间穿梭,作品内容由此显得驳杂难察;另一方面,他表现宗教内容的小说显示出一种难以调和的二律背反——宣扬与揭露同隐同现。实际上,张氏游离于宗教与世俗之间,始终保持一种超然独立的人格。张氏作品中那种对人类终极命运的拷问,对基督教原罪、救赎观念的宣扬,以及对世俗教会、宣教士丑态的揭露,均构成他此类小说的独特景观,也确立其在现代宗教小说领域开拓者的地位。ZHANG Ziping wavered on his religious belief,that is,his religious consciousness was raised from his abnormal composite education of Chinese and Western styles.ZHANG Ziping walked back and forth between Chinese and Western cultures,producing works of heterogeneous and obscure content.His religious fiction demonstrated antinomy difficult to harmonize,publicizing and exposing religion simultaneously.The fact is that ZHANG kept a detached and independent personality by vacillating between the religious and the secular.In his works,he questioned mankind’s ultimate destiny,publicized original sin and atonement of Christianity,and exposed the disgrace of churches and priests,all of which formed the uniqueness of his religious fiction,and established him as one of the pioneers in the field of modern religious fiction.
