摘 要:陡脉冲不可逆电穿孔(IRE)技术(纳米刀),是肿瘤消融领域新技术,因在消融肿瘤的同时不损伤神经、血管及腺体导管等组织而备受青睐。从电被发现到电穿孔现象及其机制研究,从2008年第一台纳米刀在美国问世到2011年在美国获得批准用于临床并于2015批准引入国内,再到2021年实现IRE设备的国产化,经过数代科学家、医学家及相关人员的不懈努力,这一技术已逐渐使国内广大肿瘤患者受益。本文就IRE发展历程进行简要回顾。Steep pulse irreversible electroporation(IRE)(Nano-Knife) is a new technology in the field of tumor ablation, which is favored for tumor-ablation without damaging nerves, blood vessels and glandular tubes. From the discovery of electricity to exploration of electroporation phenomenon and its mechanisms, from the first Nano-Knife came out in the USA in 2008 to its approval for clinical application in the USA in 2011, from its approval to be introduced into China in 2015, and then to the domestication of Nano-Knife producted in 2021, through unremitting efforts of several generations of scientists, doctors and relevant personnel, Nano-Knife will benefit the majority of tumor patients in China. The development historical of IRE were briefly reviewed in this article.
