摘　　要：目的采用文献计量学全面分析重离子放射治疗(HIRT)的研究现状及其热点。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方医学网中自建库至2020年12月30日期间的HIRT研究,依照纳入及排除标准筛选文献;分析纳入文献的发表时间、载文期刊、作者国籍、发文机构和关键词等信息,绘制可视化图谱,评价HIRT研究现状。结果纳入1862篇HIRT相关文献,其中中文文献347篇、英文文献1515篇;分别来源于276种期刊,包括中文期刊56种(载文347篇)、英文期刊220种(载文1515篇)。2017年前HIRT相关文献呈现逐年增长趋势,2017年—2020年发文量有所下降。HIRT英文文献作者来自66个国家,日本、德国及美国之间合作较为紧密,其次为意大利、中国、法国及英国。HIRT研究热点主要集中于碳离子放射治疗的传能线密度、相对生物学效应及辐射敏感性等方面。结论HIRT相关文献研究量呈现波动式增长趋势,2017年—2020年有所下降;当前研究热点为碳离子放射治疗的传能线密度、相对生物学效应及辐射敏感性等。Objective To comprehensively analyze the research status and hotspots of heavy ion radiotherapy(HIRT) with bibliometric analysis. Methods Researches on HIRT were searched in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CBMdisc, CNKI and Wanfang Med Online from the establishment time of database to December 30, 2020, and then were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The publication time, journal, author’s nationality, publishing organization and key words of the included literature were analyzed, the visual map were drawn, and the current situation of HIRT research were evaluated. Results Totally 1 862 HIRT-related publications were enrolled. Totally 347 Chinese publications and 1 515 English publications were collected from 276 journals, including 56 Chinese journals(347 publications) and 220 English journals(1 515 publications). HIRT-related publications showed an increasing trend before 2017, and the amount of publications decreased from 2017 to 2020. Authors from 66 countries participated in HIRT English publications, among them those from Japan, Germany and the United States cooperated closely, followed by Italy, China, France and England. HIRT related research mainly focuses on the linear energy transfer, relative biological effect and radio sensitivity of carbon ion radiotherapy. Conclusion HIRT related publications showed a fluctuating growth trend, and the amount of publications decreased from 2017 to 2020. Current HIRT researches focused on the energy transfer line density, relative biological effect and radio sensitivity of carbon ion radiotherapy.
