摘　　要：科技资源共享服务评价是科技资源共享服务体系一个重要环节,其评价结果是对科技资源共享事业良好发展的指路标。摸清当前该领域内的研究现状,有的放矢地改进和创新科技资源共享服务工作,才能刺激科技资源潜能被快速释放,提升全社会科技创新能力。从科技资源共享服务特征分析入手,基于文献趋势、共词分析和ESI前沿分析等方法追踪分析科技资源共享服务评价研究特点以及发展趋势。结果表明,共享服务评价体系指标融合、共享服务评价结果智能计算、共享服务评价与改进工作闭合循环、共享服务评价信息二次开发利用是科技资源共享服务评价研究的4个主要发展方向。最后,结合我国实际情况,尝试从指标体系、监督管理、激励机制等维度,提出优化我国科技资源共享服务评价体系的对策建议。The evaluation of science and technology resource sharing service is an important part of the science and technology resource sharing service system,and its evaluation result is a guide to the good development of science and technology resource sharing.When the current research status is found out in this field,the sharing service of science and technology resources can be improved and innovated persistently,which stimulate the potential of scientific and technological resources to be released rapidly,the scientific and technological innovation ability of the whole society has been improved finally.Starting from the analysis of the feature of science and technology resource sharing service,this paper analyzes the research characteristics and trend of science and technology resource sharing service evaluation based on literature trend,CO word analysis and ESI frontier analysis.The results show that the four main development directions of the research on the evaluation of science and technology resources sharing service are the index fusion of the evaluation system of sharing service,the intelligent calculation of the evaluation results of sharing service,the closed cycle of the evaluation and improvement of sharing service,and the secondary development and utilization of the evaluation information of sharing service.Finally,combined with the actual situation of our country,optimization strategies of the evaluation system of science and technology resources sharing service have been tried to put forward from the index system,supervision and management,incentive mechanism and other dimensions.
