摘　　要：数字化时代,数据已成为重要的生产要素之一。对持续增长的医疗数据进行梳理分析和价值发掘,意义重大。本文归纳公立医院医疗数据资产的特征,基于生命周期理论建立公立医院医疗数据资产管理框架,从社会、医院、个人三个层面探讨医疗数据资产如何助力公立医院价值提升。Data has become an important factor of production in the era of big data.It is of vital importance to analyze and explore the value of the continuously growing medical data.This study summarized the characteristics of data assets in public hospitals,established the framework of data asset management system of public hospitals based on lifespan theory,and improved the value of data assets in public hospitals from the perspectives of society,hospitals and individuals.
