省域内各地区医疗服务价格的对比研究--以湖北省6个州市为例

摘　　要：目的:探讨省域内各地区医疗服务价格在项目内涵等方面的一致性及价格差异,为建立医疗服务价格动态调整机制提供参考。方法:采取典型抽样方法,纳入3781个医疗服务可比项目,通过平均值、极值、变异系数等指标,对湖北省6个市州的医疗服务价格进行对比分析。结果:6个市州医疗服务价格目录在项目编码、名称、内涵等方面的一致性较好(可比项目占90.07%);医疗服务价格与年人均可支配收入之间没有显著相关性;各市州通用型医疗服务项目的价格差异较小,且不能体现医务人员的劳动价值。结论:加强省域内医疗服务价格宏观调控,缩小经济和医疗发展水平相似、相邻地区的价格差异,促进省域内医疗资源合理配置。Objective To explore the consistency and price differences of medical service prices in various regions of a province in terms of item connotation and other aspects,and to provide reference for establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for medical service prices.Methods A typical sampling method was adopted,3781 comparable medical service items were included,and the prices of medical services in 6 cities and prefectures in Hubei Province were compared and analyzed through indicators such as average value,extreme value,and coefficient of variation.Results The medical service price catalogs in the 6 cities and prefectures had good consistency in terms of item codes,names,and connotations(comparable items accounted for 90.07%).There was no significant correlation between medical service prices and annual per capita disposable income.The price difference of general medical service items was small and could not reflect the labor value of medical staff.Conclusion It is recommended to strengthen the macro-control of medical service prices in the province,reduce the price difference between adjacent areas with similar economic and medical development levels,and promote the rational allocation of medical resources in the province.
