摘  要:余热回收是工业企业节能降碳的一项重要举措。围绕垃圾焚烧电站空气压缩机的余热回收利用,简述了空气压缩机的工作原理及热量组成,探讨了空气压缩机余热回收两种不同的应用路径,分析了回收系统设计及控制方式。计算表明,空气压缩机余热回收系统具有良好的经济效益,不仅可以为企业提供便利的热源,还可以节省相当可观的用电费用,同时为其他余热回收系统设计提供了思路。Waste heat recovery is an important measure for industrial enterprises to save energy and reduce carbon emissions.Focusing on the waste heat recovery and utilization of air compressors in waste incineration power plants,this paper briefly described the working principle and heat composition of air compressors,and discussed two different application paths of air compressor waste heat recovery,and analyzed the design and control method of the recovery system.The calculation shows that the air compressor waste heat recovery system has good economic benefits,which can not only provide a convenient heat source for enterprises,but also save considerable electricity costs,providing ideas for the design of other waste heat recovery systems.
