摘 要:以山西寿阳潞阳昌泰煤业下组煤可采煤层为研究对象,在概述煤层地质条件和全煤巷道特点的基础上,分析了锚网复合支护机理,并进行了支护方案设计及支护施工要点探讨。结果表明,提出的复合支护方案能有效降低支护成本,加固煤岩,提升煤岩的强度和承载力,改善常规支护方式下实体煤巷受到采动影响后变形严重的情况,进而提高顶煤的整体稳定性,为沿空护巷提供有利条件。Taking the mineable coal seam in the lower group of Shouyang Luyang Changtai Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi as the research object,on the basis of summarizing the geological conditions of the coal seam and the characteristics of the whole coal roadway,this paper analyzed the anchor-net composite support mechanism,and carried out discussion on the key points of the support scheme design and support construction.The results showed that the proposed composite support scheme can effectively reduce the support cost,strengthen the coal rock,improve the strength and bearing capacity of the coal rock,improve the serious deformation of the solid coal roadway under the influence of mining under the conventional support method,and further improve the overall stability of top coal,providing favorable conditions for gob-side protection roadways.
