摘 要:针对雅店选煤厂末煤(-13 mm)部分入洗、粗煤泥不分选现状,以及粗煤泥灰分过高、不稳定等问题,在选煤厂末煤洗选系统扩能的同时,为粗煤泥分选环节增加了干扰床分选机分选系统。对干扰床分选机的分选原理、结构、特点进行介绍和分析,结合在选煤厂的应用实例以及该厂在改造前、后的试验数据对比,得出干扰床分选机对提高选煤厂精煤的回收率,稳定粗精煤灰分有很好的作用。相比之前,选煤厂的精煤回收率提高了约6%,增加了企业的经济效益。For the current situation of partial washing of fine coal(-13 mm)and non separation of coarse coal slurry,and problems such as high ash content and instability of coarse slime of Yadian Coal Preparation Plant,the teetered bed separation system was added to the coarse coal slurry sorting link while expanding the capacity of the fine coal washing system of the coal processing plant.This paper introduced and analyzed the separation principle,structure and characteristics of the teetered bed separator.The application example in the coal preparation plant and the comparison of test data before and after the transformation of the plant showed that teetered bed separator played a good role in improving the recovery of clean coal and stabilizing the content of coarse and fine coal ash in the coal preparation plant.Compared with before,the clean coal recovery rate of the coal preparation plant has increased by about 6%,increasing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
