摘 要:近年来,随着全国各级流域水污染防治工作的推进,流域水污染治理的综合性、复杂性逐步凸显。解决流域水污染问题,关键在于找到污染源头,针对性实施治理,才能科学、高效地提升流域水环境。结合2019年开展的神木市窟野河综合整治规划研究,分析水体主要污染指标的污染物来源,构建流域污染物削减量与断面水质达标之间的定量关系模型,针对不同污染源提出多元治污措施。同时,根据数学模型量化治污措施效果,保障流域水污染治理取得明显成效。In recent years,with the promotion of river basin water pollution prevention and control at all levels in China,the comprehensiveness and complexity of river basin water pollution control have become more and more prominent gradually.The key to solve the problem of water pollution in the basin is to find the source of pollution and carry out targeted treatment,which is the only way to improve the water environment in the basin scientifically and efficiently.Combined with the research on the comprehensive renovation planning of the Kuye River in Shenmu City in 2019,this paper analyzed the pollutant sources of the main water pollution indicators,constructed the quantitative relationship model between the reduction of pollutants in the basin and the water quality achievable for the control section,and then put forward multiple pollution control measures for different pollution sources.At the same time,the effect of pollution control measures was quantified according to the mathematical model,so as to ensure the remarkable effect of water pollution control in the basin.
