生化汤加味联合芬吗通治疗子宫内膜异位症所致不孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生化汤加味联合芬吗通治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)所致不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取80例EM所致不孕患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予芬吗通治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予生化汤加味治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组治疗1、2、3个月经周期排卵率、妊娠率;比较2组治疗前及治疗1、2、3个月经周期基础体温(BBT)、血清性激素[雌二醇(E)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平;比较2组临床疗效,记录不良反应。结果:治疗1、2、3个月经周期,2组BBT双相占比均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组BBT双相占比高于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率及妊娠率均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3个月经周期,2组FSH、LH、E水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组FSH、LH、E水平均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:生化汤加味联合芬吗通治疗EM所致不孕临床疗效较好,可以有效调节性激素水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,安全性高。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Shenghua tang combined with femoston for infertility caused by endometriosis(EM). Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with infertility caused by EM were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with femoston,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Shenghua tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. The basal body temperature(BBT), ovulation rates, pregnancy rates and the levels of sex hormones in serum including estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) before and after treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. The adverse reactions were recorded. Results:After treatment for one,two and three menstrual cycles,the proportion of biphasic BBT in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the proportion of biphasic BBT in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at the same period(P<0.05). After treatment for one, two and three menstrual cycles, the ovulation rates and pregnancy rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the same period(P<0.05). After treatment for one,two and three menstrual cycles,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.
