龙胆泻肝汤联合桃红四物汤治疗湿热瘀滞证ⅢA型前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤联合桃红四物汤治疗湿热瘀滞证ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择ⅢA型前列腺炎患者160例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组给予乳酸左氧氟沙星片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予龙胆泻肝汤联合桃红四物汤治疗。治疗6周后,比较2组美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)和湿热瘀滞证证候评分、临床疗效以及前列腺液白细胞计数。结果:观察组总有效率为96.25%,显著高于对照组的82.08%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组NIH-CPSI评分、湿热瘀滞证证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组NIH-CPSI评分、湿热瘀滞证证候评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组上述评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组前列腺液白细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组前列腺液白细胞计数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组前列腺液白细胞计数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤联合桃红四物汤治疗湿热瘀滞证ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效肯定,能有效减轻机体炎症反应,改善临床症状及中医证候。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Longdan Xiegan tang combined with Taohong Siwu tang on type ⅢA prostatitis with damp-heat stasis and stagnation syndrome. Methods:A total of 160 patients with type ⅢA prostatitis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin lactate tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Longdan Xiegan tang combined with Taohong Siwu tang based on the treatment of the control group. After six weeks of treatment,the scores of National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI) and damp-heat stasis and stagnation syndrome, clinical effects and white blood cell count in prostatic fluid were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 96.25% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 82.08% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of NIH-CPSI scores and symptom scores of damp-heat stasis and stagnation syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the NIH-CPSI scores and symptom scores of damp-heat stasis and stagnation syndrome in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of white blood cell count in prostatic fluid between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the white blood cell count in prostatic fluid in the two groups was significantly decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the white blood cell count in prostatic fluid in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).
