乐脉丸联合西医常规治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乐脉丸联合西医常规治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择稳定型心绞痛患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各38例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用乐脉丸治疗。2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组心绞痛改善情况、血液流变学指标及临床总体疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组为71.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组每周心绞痛发作次数、每次心绞痛发作持续时间、每周硝酸甘油用量均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乐脉丸联合西医常规治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,能够有效减少心绞痛发作次数、发作时间及硝酸甘油用量,改善患者血液流变学指标。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Lemai pills combined with conventional western medicine on the treatment of stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 76 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Lemai pills based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The improvement of angina pectoris, hemorheology indexes and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 92.11% in the treatment group and 71.05% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the number of angina pectoris attacks per week, duration of each angina pectoris attack and weekly nitroglycerin dosage in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Lemai pills combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect on patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease, which can effectively reduce the attack times and attack time of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin dosagina,improve the hemorheology indexes.
