妇炎康复胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗细菌性阴道炎湿热下注证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察妇炎康复胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗细菌性阴道炎湿热下注证的临床疗效。方法:选择64例细菌性阴道炎湿热下注证患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组采用妇炎康复胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗,对照组仅给予硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效、症状消失时间,以及治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组外阴瘙痒、白带异味、白带增多消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎康复胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗细菌性阴道炎湿热下注证疗效确切,可有效缓解临床症状,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Fuyan Kangfu capsules combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment on bacterial vaginitis of pattern of damp-heat pouring downward. Methods : A total of 64 patients with bacterial vaginitis of pattern of damp-heat pouring downward were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Fuyan Kangfu capsules combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment, and the control group was only treated with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment,the clinical effects and the disappearance time of symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of pruritus of the vulva,peculiar smell of white leucorrhea and increase of white leucorrhea in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three indicators levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Fuyan Kangfu capsules combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment has a definite curative effect on bacterial vaginitis of pattern of damp-heat pouring downward,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory responses.
