加味养阴解毒汤对吉非替尼所致阴虚内热型皮疹的干预作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味养阴解毒汤对吉非替尼所致阴虚内热型皮疹的干预作用。方法:选取80例吉非替尼所致阴虚内热型皮疹患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组根据皮疹分级予以西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味养阴解毒汤治疗,2组均连续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、皮疹首次消失时间、皮疹分级情况及皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组皮疹分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92.5%,高于对照组77.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组DLQI评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组DLQI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组皮疹首次消失时间(5.62±0.57)d,短于对照组(8.73±0.65)d(P<0.05)。结论:加味养阴解毒汤可有效改善口服吉非替尼所致阴虚内热型皮疹患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective:To observe the intervention effect of modified YangYin Jiedu tang on rash of yin deficiency with internal heat type induced by gefitinib.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rash of yin deficiency with internal heat type were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic western medicine according to the grade of rash,and the treatment group was treated with modified YangYin Jiedu tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical effects,the time of first disappearance of rash,the grade of rash and the scores of Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the grade of rash in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group,higher than that of 77.5%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of DLQI in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of DLQI in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first disappearance of rash in the treatment group was(5.62±0.57)days,which was shorter than that of(8.73±0.65)days in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified YangYin Jiedu tang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rash of yin deficiency with internal heat type induced by gefitinib,and enhance their quality of life.
