摘　　要：从中医膜系角度探讨分析肿瘤的发病与转移。膜系由人体脏腑形态间的空隙膜状组织构成,在人体分布广泛,且能沟通全身气血、津液、精,以通为用。邪易侵犯膜系,越来越多的研究证明膜的存在与疾病的发展、传播和转移相关;肿瘤的发生发展亦与膜密切相关,癌细胞可顺着膜原内外表里上下传播而发生转移。基于对膜系与肿瘤发生、发展关系的分析,认为可运用梳理通导的方法来治疗恶性肿瘤。The pathogenesis and metastasis of tumor were analyzed from the perspective of membrane system in Chinese medicine. The membrane system is composed of the gap membrane-like tissues between each zang-fu organ and is widely distributed in the human body. It can communicate with the whole body qi,blood,body fluid and essence,and it performs its functions when there is free flow. The membrane system is susceptible to the invasion of pathogenic factors. More and more studies have proved that the presence of membrane is related to the development,transmission and metastasis of diseases.The occurrence and development of tumor is also closely related to the membrane,and cancer cells can spread up and down along the membrane. Based on the analysis of the relationship between membrane system and the occurrence and development of tumor,it is suggested that the method of rectifying and unblocking can be used to treat malignant tumor.
