马克思主义权利观视域下青少年体育活动促进的权利内涵

摘　　要：马克思主义权利观以“人的自由全面发展”为核心内容,突出强调权利是具体的、历史的。青少年体育活动促进与马克思主义权利观高度契合,随着时代发展,其日益形成了典型特征的权利内涵。从权利本源上看,青少年体育权利离不开群体对体育需求的“深层次觉醒”,即对参与自由的诉求;而体育活动促进是实现青少年权利的基本方式和途径,需要不断强化“赋权”,其依赖于经济社会发展,以及教育和体育的深化改革,二者的有机统一确证了青少年的体育权利主体地位。从内在逻辑上看,青少年体育活动促进以群体尊严和群体成长为基础,以增进身心健康为主要方式,以平等体育教育为载体,以均衡发展为最终目标,表现为一类权利束。从现实看,青少年体育参与是一项法定权利,很多国际体育法律和国家体育法律对其都进行了明确规定,这强化和拓展了体育活动促进的内涵。我国已经建立了具有典型特色的权利保障体系,这为进一步确证青少年体育权利,健全青少年体育活动促进共治共享制度奠定了重要基础。Taking free and full development of human beings as the core content,Marxism view of rights emphasizes that rights are concrete and historical.With the development of the times,the promotion of youth sports activities closely matches the Marxism view of rights,and it has gradually developed the connotation of rights with typical characteristics.From the perspective of the source of rights,youth sports rights lie on the deep awakening of the group in terms of sports needs,i.e.appeal of participation freedom,and the basic way and mean to realize them are the promotion of sports activities,which needs to be continuously empowered.The promotion of sports activities depends on economic and social development as well as the deepening reform of education and sports,and the unity of both has established the subject status of the sport rights of teenagers.From the perspective of the internal logic,taking the group dignity and growth as foundation,the physical and mental health of the group as major approach,the equal physical education as carrier,the balanced development of the group as ultimate goal,the promotion of youth sports activities is manifested as a kind of right bundle.From the perspective of the reality,youth sports participation is a legal right for many international sports laws and national sports laws have clearly stipulated its status,which strengthens and expands the connotation of promotion of sports activities.Our government has established a rights protection system with typical characteristics,which has laid an important foundation for further confirming the youth sports rights and improving a co-governed and shared system of the promotion of youth sports activities.
