摘 要:针对目前国产履带行走支架在旺格维利式短壁采煤法中的作用开展研究,论述了从进口引进直至国产化的历程以及使用效果,分析了在不同短壁采煤法的配置与必要性,介绍了支护阻力计算公式,通过数值模拟研究了行走支架在开采期间同一支巷的不同位置、不同刀间煤柱宽度下的支护阻力、各个单立柱压力分布及变化规律,得出采空区侧和实体煤侧对立柱压力的影响情况,据此得出支护阻力主要影响因素与关系,并在现场实践中对立柱压力进行监测分析,验证了理论分析的正确性。结果表明,行走支架额定工作阻力能够满足使用要求,切顶线后支巷顶板不垮落是短壁安全开采的重要保障,且各个立柱压力同采空区范围、刀间煤柱宽度呈正相关关系,采空区侧要明显大于实体煤侧。The use of crawler powered support in Wongawilli short-wall mining is studied, and the process and application effect from import to localization is introduced, its configuration and necessity in different short wall mining methods are analyzed, and the calculation formulas of support resistance are introduced. Through numerical simulation, the support resistance of the support in different positions of the same branch entry and different width of cut pillars, and the distribution and variation law of each single mast pressure are studied. Then the influence of goaf side and coal side on column pressure is obtained. The relationship between the support resistance and the main influencing factors is comprehensively analyzed, and the column pressure is monitored and analyzed in the field practice, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The results show that, the rated working resistance of the crawler support meets the application requirements, and the roof behind the roof-cutting line does not collapse in the branch entry, which is an important guarantee for safe short-wall mining. And the pressure of the four columns has a positive correlation with the size of the goaf and the width of the coal pillar between mining-cut, the pressure on goaf-side column is significantly larger than the coal-side column.
