摘  要:在统计2000-2021年我国煤矿安全生产事故的基础上,得出如下事故特征:2002年以后,我国煤矿事故起数和死亡人数分别以年均18.4%、17.6%快速下降;重特大、较大和一般事故起数占比总体稳定在1∶4:45,这表明要有效防范重特大事故,必须从化解一般事故做起;近五年顶板、运输、其他和瓦斯事故依然多发,瓦斯、顶板、水害、火灾事故易造成群死群伤;5月份事故多发,1月、11月、12月重特大事故多发;部分国有重点煤矿安全管理滑坡、乡镇煤矿违法违规仍是诱发群伤的主要原因。Based on the statistics of coal mine safety production accidents in China from 2000 to 2021, the following accident characteristics are obtained: the number of accidents and deaths decreases rapidly with an average annual rate of 18.4% and 17.6%, respectively. The proportion of major accidents, serious accidents and ordinary accidents is generally stable at 1:4:45, which shows that to effective prevention of major accidents starts from resolving ordinary accidents. In recent five years, roof, transportation, other and gas accidents are still frequent, and gas, roof, water and fire accidents are more likely to cause mass casualties. Generally, accidents occurs more frequently in May, while major accidents are more likely to occurin January, November and December. Landslides of some key state-owned coal mines and violations of laws and regulations in township coal mines are still the main causes of group injuries.
