摘　　要：目的:调查武汉市大学生电子健康素养与健康生活方式现状,并分析二者之间的关系,为制定大学生健康生活方式干预策略提供依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、高校学生电子媒介健康素养量表、大学生健康生活方式评价量表对武汉市4所高校2640名大学生进行调查。结果:电子健康素养得分为(74.84±16.38),健康生活方式得分为(128.48±21.65)。电子健康素养与健康生活方式呈正相关(r=0.693,P<0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,家庭经济条件、自评健康状况和电子健康素养是大学生健康生活方式的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:武汉市大学生电子健康素养水平一般,健康生活方式处于中等水平,电子健康素养与健康生活方式具有正相关性。高校应采取积极的干预措施提高大学生电子健康素养,以促进其健康生活方式建立。Objective:To investigate the current situation of eHealth literacy and healthy lifestyle of college students in Wuhan,and to analyze the correlation between them,so as to provide basis for formulating intervention strategies for healthy lifestyle of college students.Methods:2640 college students from 4 universities in Wuhan were investigated by general information questionnaire,eHealth literacy scale and healthy lifestyle scale for college students.Results:The score of eHealth literacy was(74.84±16.38),and the score of healthy lifestyle was(128.48±21.65).There was a positive correlation between eHealth literacy and healthy lifestyle(r=0.693,P<0.01).The results of multivariate analysis showed that family economic conditions,self-rated health status and eHealth literacy were the main factors affecting the healthy lifestyle of college students(P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of eHealth literacy of college students in Wuhan is general,and the healthy lifestyle is at the medium level,eHealth literacy is positively correlated with healthy lifestyle.Colleges and universities should take active intervention measures to improve eHealth literacy of college students,so as to promote the establishment of their healthy lifestyle.
