摘　　要：目的:探讨介入放射人员职业紧张的影响因素并分析其与社会支持的关系,为提高介入放射人员的身心健康水平提供参考。方法:采用工作紧张测量量表和社会支持评定量表对四川省介入放射人员进行问卷调查。结果:共得到203份有效问卷。不同年龄的介入放射人员在客观支持和对支持的利用度方面得分存在差异(P<0.05),不同婚姻状况、工龄的介入放射人员在主观支持和客观支持方面得分存在差异(P<0.05)。性别在工作压力频度、组织支持缺乏强度上得分有显著差异(P<0.05);所在医院等级不同的人员在相关职业紧张及组织支持缺乏频度、组织支持缺乏指数上得分显著不同(P<0.05);工作时间为40 h以上的人员职业紧张得分高于30 h以下的人员(P<0.05)。社会支持与职业紧张状态呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:介入放射人员存在不同程度的职业紧张,社会支持有利于缓解介入放射人员职业紧张;介入放射人员应采取积极方式获得客观支持。Objective:To explore the influencing factors of the occupational stress of interventional radiology personnel and analyze their relationship with social support,so as to provide references for improving the physical and mental health level of interventional radiology personnel.Methods:The job stress survey and social support rating scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among interventional radiology personnel in Sichuan province.Results:A total of 203 valid questionnaires were obtained.There were differences in the scores of objective support and the use of support among interventional radiology personnel with different age(P<0.05),and there were differences in the scores of subjective and objective support among interventional radiology personnel with different marital status and working years(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of job stress frequency and strength of lack of organizational support between genders(P<0.05).The personnel from hospitals with different levels had significantly different scores in terms of relevant occupational tensions,frequency of lack of organizational support and index of lack of organizational support(P<0.05).The personnel with working time above 40 h had higher occupational stress scores than the personnel with the working time below 30 h(P<0.05).Social support was negatively correlated with the occupational stress(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are different degrees of occupational stress in interventional radiologists,social support is conducive to relieving occupational stress of them,and interventional radiologists should take active measures to obtain objective support.
