摘  要:目的:探讨医患纠纷的利益博弈机制、冲突局势预测和调解方法,为医患冲突调解方案的制定提供参考。方法:综合运用问卷调查和冲突分析图模型方法,建立医患纠纷的冲突模型,探讨医患之间的利益交互过程以及偏好让步对博弈均衡的影响。结果:调解后医患纠纷博弈的均衡状态为(s_(3),s_(38),s_(39),s_(41)),且患方的策略声明(4、8、3、7、5和11)相应次序的改变对稳定性分析结果的影响较大。结论:降低维权成本、引导患者理性维权是调解医患纠纷的关键。健全纠纷赔偿机制,发挥第三方调解作用,加强媒体正向引导,可以促进医患关系和谐发展。Objective:To investigate the game mechanism and the methods of conflict situation prediction and mediation of doctor-patient disputes,so as to provide references for the formulation of doctor-patient conflict mediation plans.Methods:By using of questionnaire survey and the graph model for conflict resolution(GMCR)methods,a conflict model for doctor-patient disputes was constructed,in which the interaction process between doctors and patients and the influence of preference concessions on game equilibrium were systematically discussed.Results:The equilibrium states for the doctor-patient dispute after mediation were(s_(3),s_(38),s_(39),s_(41)).Moreover,the changes of option statements(4,8,3,7,5 and 11)of patients had a greater impact on the stability analysis results.Conclusion:Reducing the cost of protecting rights and guiding patients to rationally defend their rights are the key to mediating doctor-patient disputes.It is also necessary to improve the dispute compensation mechanism,play the role of third-party mediation,and strengthen the positive guidance of public media to promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
