摘 要:为了研究黑豆皮色素对羊毛织物的染色工艺,首先分别采用直接染色、硫酸亚铁预媒染、硫酸铝预媒染3种方式,直接观察染色织物颜色深度可以发现硫酸亚铁预媒染上染百分率最高;然后利用控制变量法,调整媒染方式、染料用量、染液pH值这3个主要变量,通过测试染色织物的K/S值,得出最佳染色工艺为:硫酸亚铁用量为3%(owf),黑豆皮色素用量为9%(owf),pH值为4。在最佳染色条件下获得的染色织物,耐皂洗色牢度和耐人造光色牢度符合国家标准,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有良好的抑制作用,抗紫外线性能有显著的提升。In order to study the dyeing process of black bean skin pigment on wool fabric,three methods were adopted:direct dyeing,ferrous sulfate pre mordant dyeing and aluminum sulfate pre mordant dyeing.By directly observing the color depth of the dyed fabric,it can be found that ferrous sulfate pre mordant dyeing has the highest dye uptake.Then,by using the control variable method,the three main variables of mordant dyeing mode,dye dosage and dyeing pH value were adjusted.By testing the K/S value,it is concluded that the best process is as follows:the dosage of ferrous sulfate is 3%(owf),the dosage of black bean skin pigment is 9%(owf),and the pH value is 4.The color fastness to soaping and artificial light of the dyed fabric obtained under the best dyeing conditions meet the national standard.It has a good inhibitory effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,and its UV resistance has been significantly improved.
